Patrick works with clients who need to lose 100+ pounds, or just a few pounds before attending events such as weddings, reunions or vacations. He assists his clients in creating realistic nutritional habits with a strong focus on meal planning & preparation. He teaches an array of exercise classes including Indoor Cycling, Strength & Toning, Core, Flexibility and Bootcamp.
Patrick served his country proudly from 2000-2004 and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After his military service he attended college at Western Illinois University where he earned his bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2008 and where he met his loving wife April. His hobbies include outdoor activities ranging from running, hiking, boating, swimming, grilling and of course... Exercise! He has one son named Luke born in 2013 and a daughter named Sarah born n 2016, and resides with his family in Crystal Lake, IL. Patrick is the owner and founder of Weightloss Transformation and has been helping people reach their health & fitness goals for over 8 years.

Sara challenges her clients past their mental and physical boundaries to improve their fitness capabilities. Sara is passionate about helping her clients look, feel ,move and perform at their very best. One of her strengths lies in her ability to empower others to take an honest look at themselves and break down behaviors that may have prevented them from being successful in the past. Sara has experience working with all types of people from those interested in sports-specific training, to individuals striving to improve body composition and lose weight.
Sara graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology. While at UW-L, Sara was a 4 year letter winner in Swimming and Team Captain of the swim team. She moved to Chicago in 2002, and has been working as a personal trainer since. Sara competed as a national level fitness competitor on the NPC National stage for a few years before returning to her love of competitive swimming and endurance sports. Sara is a recent 3 time Ironman finisher, finishing in the top 10% of her age group. She has also completed multiple Half-Ironmans and 8 Marathons. Sara now lives in Barrington with her fiance and their golden retriever rescue, Romeo. Sara enjoys long walks with her puppy and volunteering with Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association (GLASA), helping children and adults with disabilities through sports.

Marla graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree. She spent several years working in corporate sales. After realizing the toll that working long hours and traveling put on her body and health, she realized her passion for fitness and a healthy life balance. It is through this balance that she was able to create possibilities in every area other life by discovering her full potential and realized she could have work, life, and fitness balance. Marla has spent the last 8 years working in developing Corporate Wellness Programs for large scale companies. In the process she has shifted her focus to individualized wellness.
