Geoff works with clients of all age groups who want to improve their bodies both aesthetically and through improved performance. There is no single workout that is best for everyone, so each workout is tailored to each individual client. Geoff fuses the best exercises from many disciplines including yoga, HIIT, heart rate-based training, classic bodybuilding and corrective/rehabilitative exercise training.
Geoff began teaching sports at a young age when he was a ski and swimming instructor. His passion for health and fitness led him to pursue his Bachelor degree in physiology & kinesiology. Geoff owned his own independent fitness company in the Florida Keys where he worked with both residents and vacationers who wanted to add a fitness program and maintain accountability while they were visiting. He has recently returned to his hometown of Buffalo Grove to to help individuals and couples reach their fitness & weight loss goals. As the son of a Chiropractor, he has worked as an assistant and understands the perils of chronic injuries. Geoff will work with physicians recomendations on improving those conditions within his scope of practice. Geoff enjoys mountain biking, adventure racing, bodybuilding, and red wine.

Patrick works with clients who need to lose 100+ pounds, or just a few pounds before attending events such as weddings, reunions or vacations. He assists his clients in creating realistic nutritional habits with a strong focus on meal planning & preparation. He teaches an array of exercise classes including Indoor Cycling, Strength & Toning, Core, Flexibility and Bootcamp.
Patrick served his country proudly from 2000-2004 and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After his military service he attended college at Western Illinois University where he earned his bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2008 and where he met his loving wife April. His hobbies include outdoor activities ranging from running, hiking, boating, swimming, grilling and of course... Exercise! He has one son named Luke born in 2013 and a daughter named Sarah born n 2016, and resides with his family in Crystal Lake, IL. Patrick is the owner and founder of Weightloss Transformation and has been helping people reach their health & fitness goals for over 8 years.

Sara challenges her clients past their mental and physical boundaries to improve their fitness capabilities. Sara is passionate about helping her clients look, feel ,move and perform at their very best. One of her strengths lies in her ability to empower others to take an honest look at themselves and break down behaviors that may have prevented them from being successful in the past. Sara has experience working with all types of people from those interested in sports-specific training, to individuals striving to improve body composition and lose weight.
Sara graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology. While at UW-L, Sara was a 4 year letter winner in Swimming and Team Captain of the swim team. She moved to Chicago in 2002, and has been working as a personal trainer since. Sara competed as a national level fitness competitor on the NPC National stage for a few years before returning to her love of competitive swimming and endurance sports. Sara is a recent 3 time Ironman finisher, finishing in the top 10% of her age group. She has also completed multiple Half-Ironmans and 8 Marathons. Sara now lives in Barrington with her fiance and their golden retriever rescue, Romeo. Sara enjoys long walks with her puppy and volunteering with Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association (GLASA), helping children and adults with disabilities through sports.

Mary enjoys working with her clients to develop fitness programs that are effective, sustainable and tailor-made to achieve their specific goals. She is passionate about educating clients on proper training techniques for both the beginner exerciser and the seasoned athlete. She loves the challenge of improving results through functional fitness training and nutrition guidance. Mary is highly motivated by the amazing changes she sees in her clients. Her focus is to give her clients the knowledge and the tools to incorporate a healthy and active lifestyle to reach their fitness and weight loss goals.
After completing her Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Mary became a Group Fitness Director and took on the joy and challenge of teaching other instructors how to properly teach group fitness classes, as well as teaching a wide variety of classes herself. She believes in the value of commraderie and friendship to help her clients obtain and sustain an active lifestyle. She has experience with children as a physical education teacher, as well as with her own three children. Mary has a very active lifestyle and has participated in many sports including tennis, basketball, speed skating and running. She keeps herself in great shape through strength training, group fitness and running. Mary is highly motivated and committed to her clients success.
